Albert Siu is a second generation ABC (American Born Chinese) and speaks conversational Cantonese.  He represents clients in all areas of the real estate market, including developers, property managers, commercial and residential real estate companies, retail and office landlords, joint venturers,and foreign investors from Asia.  He represents business clients of all types, including corporations, partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.  He also handles simple estate planning matters and immigration cases involving F-1, EB-5, and H-1B visas.

Albert Siu is an active real estate broker since 1993 and a California licensed attorney since 2001.  He represents IRN Realty, one of the largest real estate firms in the San Gabriel Valley with over 700 agents.  He is a frequent guest speaker for the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors and  provides free seminars to real estate offices on legal updates, CAR contracts, short sales, foreclosures, and risk management.  He has been interviewed by numerous asian newspapers, the Daily Journal, and Chinese TV news on current affairs in the real estate market.

Albert Siu is certified to practice law in all California courts, the United States Federal District Court for Central District, and the United States Tax Court. He handles civil litigation, mediation, and arbitration from simple to complex legal disputes.  He is a member of the following professional organizations:
