He represents IRN Realty, one of the largest real estate firms in the San Gabriel Valley with over 700 agents. He is a frequent guest speaker for the West San Gabriel Valley Association of Realtors and provides free seminars to real estate offices on legal updates, CAR contracts, short sales, foreclosures, and risk management. He has been interviewed by numerous asian newspapers and Chinese TV news on current affairs in the real estate market.
